"Blend of 60/40% Roussanne/Marsanne barrel-fermented with indigenous yeast followed by 11 months in older oak, the Roussanne aged on lees. Medium gold colour, cloudy with lees influence evident in nutty, honey, oatmeal, apple and dried-figs notes. An aged, complex yet lo-fi kind of wine, chewy and textural.
